The partnership follows Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa &Golf Resort’s recent hosting of a Medics Team Away Day in support of the charity. The event provided an opportunity for the charity’s frontline critical care team to come together for valuable time away from the pressures of the field. Following the success of the day, Slaley Hall has confirmed it will also host a further Team Away Day in late October for GNAAS’ Charity and Admin team. 

In addition to hosting the team events, the hotel has previously donated hotel vouchers to support the charity’s fundraising, helping to generate vital funds for its life-saving work across the region.

The combined value of these contributions now formally recognises Slaley Hall as a Corporate Partner of the charity, a milestone that reflects the resort’s ongoing commitment to supporting the communities it serves.

The Great North Air Ambulance Service brings pioneering pre-hospital critical care to severely injured and ill patients across the North East, Cumbria, North Yorkshire and the Isle of Man. Entirely funded by public donations and receiving no government funding, GNAAS responds by air and road, delivering life-saving treatment at the scene when every second counts.
